Terms and conditions for Paddock Tours

This draw for places at Paddock Tours is run by Team McLaren Limited (McLaren) and is exclusively open to paid members of Team Vodafone McLaren Mercedes as well as paid members of the official Lewis Hamilton Fan Club.

The following terms apply:

    1. Only one entry per member is allowed per Grand Prix.
    2. No cash alternative will be offered to those selected as participants.
    3. McLaren reserves the right to cancel the Paddock Tour, due to unforeseen circumstances.
    4. Places on a Paddock Tour are awarded on the condition that they will not be sold to any third party or used for any commercial purpose.
    5. Attendees will be randomly selected in a draw conducted at least 7 days prior to each Paddock Tour.
    6. Correspondence cannot be entered into over the result of the selected participants and McLaren’s decision is final.
    7. Those selected will be notified automatically by e-mail or telephone at the e-mail address or telephone number provided at the time of entry. If the winner does not reply within 3 days of McLaren first attempting to contact them, McLaren reserves the right to offer their place to another participant.
    8. McLaren reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in its absolute opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
    9. McLaren excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the draw or occurring to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of a place on a Paddock Tour.
    10. Entry to the draw is based on acceptance of these terms and conditions as being final and binding.
    11. The terms of this draw will be governed by English Law.
    12. You agree to us using your name or any photograph taken of you during your visit for promotional or other purposes.
    13. Paddock Tours are designed with adults in mind and our usual policy would only allow visitors over the age of 16. However we understand that we have many younger members who do have the maturity to appreciate the visit and we are prepared to review this policy accordingly. 
      Please let us know in advance (when we contact you to offer you a place) if any of your group are under 16. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
